Samuel Evans Talks “Hector’s Hell House” In Exclusive Interview! (@SamuelDEvans2)

1. What was the audition process like for Hector’s Hell House?

The audition was at UCLA Film School which was really cool.  I had originally auditioned for the role of the older brother. I made some good choices and got into character.  It was a fun audition. They ended up asking me to play Corey, the older brothers friend.

2. How would you describe your character?

Corey was kind of comedic, he enjoys joking and pranking on others.

3. What was your favorite part about working on a horror film?

The make up design, definitely.  Dressing up all bloody.

4. Have you worked on any others before?

Not specifically horror, but RESET (2015), was a science fiction kind of thing, and there was some cool special effects make up to make it look like I burned my hand.

5. What is your favorite genre to work on?

Comedy would be my fav.  I really enjoyed getting to work on episode 4 of Still The King with Billy Ray Cyrus, Leslie Davis Baker, and Kevin Farley!

6. What do you enjoy doing when you’re not acting?

I love the mountains and snowboarding.  Mammoth Mountain is amazing! I’m also active in Scouting.  I just earned my Eagle Scout, and signed on to a Sea Scout Ship out of Marina del Rey.

7. Do you have any other upcoming projects you’d like to share with us?

Nothing in works right now, but lots of auditions and my future is wide open!
