Exclusive Interview With Lane Napper From Victorious (@lanenapper)
We recently had the opportunity to interview Lane Napper from Nickelodeon’s hit show “Victorious.” Make sure you check out the interview below!
Q1: What is it like working on Victorious?
A: It is amazing. I thank God every time I walk onto the set. Very blessed to be a part of it.
Q2:What is it like working with the ICONic Boyz?
A: Geo Hubea is the mastermind behind their success. I just step in and try helping them with their acting. All I do is laugh with them. I love all of the Boyz but Nick and Madison (I believe) are going to surprise a lot of people with their acting timing and skills. Louis is getting stronger too. Again, I LOVE ALL THE BOYZ. FUN BUNCH and they are all improving!
Q3: Do you have any upcoming projects?
A:Several! Nothing I can really talk about now, but I promise to let you know as soon as I’m allowed. Oh,……here’s one…..I just had a HUGE audition to play a dad on a very popular tv show. Can’t say the name or network, but again, I’ll let you know as soon as I’m allowed.
Q4: What is your favorite part about living in Manhattan?
A: EVERYTHING! The people, the energy, BROADWAY, the sights, the DANCE STUDIOS, the food, …..we could be here all day!
Q5: If you could choreograph for any person who would it be and why?
A:I honestly don’t have an answer to that question. I always find it fun to choreograph and create for different people.
Q6: Is there anything you would like to say to your fans who are supporting you?
A: I am in shock everyday when someone stops me and asks for a photo, or when I get invited to speak at a church or graduation. I can’t believe that anybody is interested in anything I’m doing. Its such a blessing to feel the love and support. I honestly try to give back, because as much as they like talking to me, I’m JUST as interested in them. I TRY TO DM EVERYONE WHO TWEETS ME. I want the fans to know I am truly interested in what THEY’RE DOING.
Q7: Where can fans find you on Twitter and how could a fan get your attention?
A: On Twitter it’s just – lanenapper. I usually notice the fans who use their own pics in their profiles. The thing I find most confusing is when a girl uses a guys pic and a guys name, or when a guy uses a girls pic and a girls name. Not judging, I just get confused because sometimes I tweet a fan – “You go boy! Very proud of you” and they’ll respond, “Thank you …..but I’m a girl”. Even though she used a name like ImJeffandI’maguy.
Message from Lane: Lastly, I think we need to take care of each other. Take time out to help a stranger. Open the door for someone, visit an elderly person, listen to a child, if you can assist in anyway with a special needs person, try making friends with someone who doesn’t have many, stop bullying or spreading negativity, etc. Anything we can do I think we should. Can you imagine what this world would be like if ALL OF US did ONE of these everyday?!
Love you all. Whoop Whoop! #LaneTrain
Thank you so much for the awesome interview Lane!
